Seven chakras, a symbolic language

In yoga and contemporary spiritual traditions, chakras are described as centres in a symbolic system associated with areas of the body. Colour and crystal associations vary across traditions. We use them as creative prompts for intention and reflection, not as anatomical facts, diagnosis or treatment.
