Pre-launch details

CRYSTENORA makes and ships pieces from China. The legal operator name and full Chinese business/return address are still to be supplied. Contact zhuliuliu668@gmail.com. Online checkout and marketing email must remain unavailable until the relevant identity, postal, shipping and tax requirements are complete. These pre-launch terms do not invent a seller identity.

Price and order agreement

Confirm the piece, quantity, any personalisation, currency, discounted merchandise subtotal, delivery charge, tax treatment and order timeline before paying. For US and UK orders shipping is free at US$99 or more after discounts; below that threshold a flat US$8 shipping fee applies and is shown in the cart. Unknown shipping, VAT, duties or handling charges must not silently be entered as zero. Do not assume US duty-free treatment or UK VAT inclusion. Payment must be blocked until charges and responsibility for any amounts payable on delivery are clearly disclosed.

Timelines

Bracelets: 3–4 days to make and 7–15 days total estimated arrival including making. Crystal gardens: 5–8 days to make with a separately stated 10–15-day shipping/arrival estimate, to be clarified for the order rather than added into a new promised total. Sets: 7–14 days to dispatch, not to arrive. Custom astrolabes: approximately 30 days to make, with delivery separately confirmed. An agreed dispatch delay requires communication and an appropriate choice about a revised date or cancellation, not a silent extension.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Eligible UK standard orders have 14 days after receipt to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return. We offer the same voluntary window for US standard orders. Refunds use the original payment method and include ordinary initial delivery charges, subject to the disclosed premium-delivery and lawful handling provisions in the returns policy. Genuinely personalised goods may be exempt from ordinary change-of-mind returns; all handmade goods are not automatically exempt. We offer a full refund before production begins and assess cancellation after production begins instead of declaring every deposit non-refundable. Rights for defects, damage or misdescription are unaffected. Photos of damage requested within 7 days are helpful evidence, not a legal cutoff.

Optional reminders

Email reminders are a separate, free service, limited to two per calendar month with no automatic charges. Unchecked consent and an explicit, current double opt-in are required before marketing. Enquiries and purchases do not automatically activate marketing. Unsubscribe without login using the email link. Service readiness, mail acceptance and scheduled retention must be accurately described; none is a guarantee of email delivery or proof that every existing backend record has been erased.
