Before you pay

CRYSTENORA pieces are made and shipped from China to customers in the United States and United Kingdom. The operator's legal name and full Chinese return address have not yet been provided. These details must be supplied before online checkout is enabled. Contact support at zhuliuliu668@gmail.com.

Shipping prices

For US and UK orders, shipping is free when the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$99 or more. Tax is not included in this qualifying subtotal. Below US$99, a flat shipping fee of US$8 applies; it is added in the cart and shown again at checkout before you pay. If no shipping fee appears in the cart, write to us before paying — a missing rate is never treated as free shipping. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).

Making and delivery estimates

Bracelets: making normally takes 3–4 days. Estimated total arrival is 7–15 days, including making time; do not add another 3–4 days to that arrival estimate.
Crystal gardens: making normally takes 5–8 days. The stated shipping/arrival estimate is 10–15 days. These are the maker's separate estimates, not a confirmed combined 15–23-day total. We will confirm the applicable dispatch and expected arrival dates for your order before payment.
Sets and packages: the stated dispatch window is 7–14 days. This is a dispatch period, not a promise that your order will arrive within 7–14 days.
Custom astrolabes: making takes approximately 30 days. This is production time only, not an arrival promise; dispatch and delivery must be separately confirmed.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Confirm the specific order timeline before payment, especially for a gift or event. If we cannot meet the agreed dispatch date, we will contact you to agree a revised date or discuss cancellation and a refund. We will not silently extend a promised shipping deadline.

Import charges and tax

Cross-border VAT, import duties, customs clearance and carrier handling charges depend on the destination and order. Do not assume that UK VAT is included, that US imports are duty-free, or that a low-value exemption applies. Before payment we must confirm which charges are included, who is responsible for charges not collected at checkout, and whether collection is prepaid or on delivery. Online checkout must be blocked until shipping and tax treatment are confirmed; unknown charges must not silently default to zero.

Damage or delivery concerns

Keep the packaging and contact support promptly if a parcel is missing or damaged. Photos within 7 days help us investigate quickly, but that request is not a legal deadline and does not remove rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
