Agree the piece before payment

For a custom bracelet, crystal garden, set or astrolabe, we will confirm the design, size, materials, personalisation, price, shipping charge, applicable tax treatment and expected dispatch and delivery arrangements before payment. A custom astrolabe takes approximately 30 days to make; that is not a 30-day arrival guarantee. Set dispatch is normally 7–14 days. Bracelet making is 3–4 days with total arrival estimated at 7–15 days including making. Crystal-garden making is 5–8 days and its separately stated shipping/arrival estimate is 10–15 days; the applicable order timeline will be confirmed, not replaced with an invented summed estimate.

Personalisation and cancellation

Only a piece genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised may fall within a standard change-of-mind cancellation exception. A handmade or made-to-order label alone does not remove standard-order cancellation rights. If you cancel before production begins, we offer a full refund. After production begins, cancellation is assessed individually according to completed work, agreed terms, recoverable costs and applicable rights. We do not label every deposit non-refundable. Rights for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Details you choose to provide

Only provide information necessary for your agreed custom design. If a birthday is separately provided for personalisation, it is used only for that custom purpose, with an intended raw-data deletion period of 90 days after fulfilment. The newsletter does not collect birthdays, and no unimplemented birthday collection or automatic global deletion system is represented as operational.
